CIVIL RIGHTS (Voting Rights):

FIREARM RIGHTS:
RCW 9.41.040 is the State law that governs the ability for a person to restore their firearm rights.
If you have been convicted of a felony, you most likely lost your right to possess a firearm. Our office can help you restore your right to possess a firearm.
If you were convicted of a felony offense, you may petition the court to restore your firearm rights after five or more consecutive years in the community without being convicted of or currently charged with any crime.
If you were convicted of a misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor and lost your right to possess a firearm, you may petition the court to restore your firearm rights after three or more consecutive years in the community without being convicted of or currently charged with any crime.
